License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Modify or copy materials on the Site. Use any materials for commercial purposes. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations. Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" materials on any other server

User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

Landscaping Services

Service Agreements

All landscaping services provided by Mendoza's Landscaping are subject to separate service agreements. These agreements will specify the scope of work, pricing, timeframes, and other terms specific to the services being provided. These Terms supplement any service agreements but do not replace them.

Consultations and Estimates

Initial consultations and estimates provided by Mendoza's Landscaping are free of charge unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for landscaping services will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement

Warranties and Guarantees

Mendoza's Landscaping provides the following warranties for our work:

Plant material: One-year warranty (with proper care)Installation workmanship: Two-year warranty Hardscaping: Five-year structural warranty

These warranties are subject to proper maintenance and care as outlined in our maintenance guidelines provided upon completion of work. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation policies for scheduled services will be outlined in your service agreement. We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Mendoza's Landscaping or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

The Mendoza's Landscaping name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mendoza's Landscaping or our affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

User Content

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, or other content to our Site (such as reviews or testimonials), you grant Mendoza's Landscaping a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Force Majeure

Mendoza's Landscaping shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of utilities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
